Terms of Sale

These terms are the public offer for ClientClaw digital products. They apply when you place an order through this store. Before ordering, review the product description, the price and currency shown at checkout, these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. A purchase is completed when the payment provider confirms payment and the seller accepts the order.

Products and delivery

ClientClaw sells downloadable digital guides, templates, prompts, workbooks and related materials. The product page describes the contents and intended use. After confirmed payment, the store provides access or sends a time-limited download link to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep that email address accurate and contact the seller if delivery does not arrive or a link fails.

Price and payment

The applicable price and currency are displayed during checkout. Payment is processed by the provider presented there. An order is not treated as paid solely because a browser has returned from the provider; delivery follows verified payment confirmation. Any applicable tax or payment terms will be shown by the provider or at checkout.

Club membership / Членство в клубе

English. Club membership is planned at $19 per month. The actual charge is a fixed RUB amount shown before checkout and remains the same for later renewals unless the member ends the subscription and starts a new one. The first 100 paid members across both language audiences receive one ClientClaw Acquisition System product (listed at $15) at no extra charge after the first payment is confirmed. Monthly renewal uses a payment method only after YooKassa confirms it was saved; if it is not saved, no automatic renewal charge will be made. For SBP payments with saving enabled, YooKassa shows only banks and payment services that support recurring charges. A member may turn off auto-renewal from the account page at any time; membership access continues through the paid period. The member chat and weekly group session are available to active members; schedule and participation details will be shown before enrolment.

Русский. Планируемая стоимость членства — $19 в месяц. Фактическое списание производится в фиксированной сумме в рублях, показанной до оплаты; при продлении сумма сохраняется, пока участник не завершит подписку и не оформит её заново. Первые 100 оплативших участников из русскоязычной и англоязычной аудиторий получат один продукт ClientClaw Acquisition System стоимостью $15 без доплаты после подтверждения первого платежа. Автоматическое продление возможно только после подтверждения YooKassa, что выбранный способ оплаты сохранён; для СБП сервис покажет банки и платёжные сервисы, поддерживающие автоплатежи. Если способ оплаты не сохранён, автоматического списания не будет. Автопродление можно отключить в личном кабинете в любое время; доступ сохранится до конца оплаченного периода. Закрытый чат и еженедельная групповая встреча доступны активным участникам; расписание и правила участия будут показаны до оформления подписки.

Immediate digital delivery

At checkout, the buyer may separately request immediate delivery of the digital product after payment is confirmed. This request is recorded with the order. The download becomes available after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Permitted use

After purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied materials for your own learning and freelance or business work. You may adapt the materials in your own work product. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, share access to, or redistribute the source files or substantially reproduce the products as a competing product. The seller retains all rights not expressly granted here.

No promised business outcome

The products provide educational and workflow materials. They are not legal, financial or professional advice and do not promise clients, sales, revenue or any particular business result. You are responsible for checking and adapting materials before using them with clients and for complying with laws and third-party platform rules.

Effect of a full refund

If a full refund is issued, remaining ClientClaw download access for that order is revoked and the license granted for that purchase terminates. The buyer must stop using and redistributing the refunded product. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Consumer rights, complaints and liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to your purchase. If a product is missing, materially different from its description, or has a technical delivery problem, contact the seller so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided. Liability exclusions or limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may revise these terms for future orders. The version effective when you place an order governs that order, subject to mandatory law.
