How to request help

Email suport@clientclaw.ru from the address used to join. Include the payment date, amount and issue. Do not send full card details.

Membership is paid one month at a time without automatic charges. A confirmed refund may end club access. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force; requests are handled under the seller’s refund policy.
